Delivery of Items

Virtual items purchased through our platform are typically delivered to your Steam inventory within five to ten minutes of purchase completion. Delivery times may vary depending on technical factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by Steam or other third-party services.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Once a virtual item has been delivered to your account, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you experience technical issues with delivery or receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within forty-eight hours of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases where we determine that abuse of our refund policy has occurred, including but not limited to repeated refund requests or suspicious account activity.

The Rust game, its skins, and related materials are the intellectual property of Facepunch Studios. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facepunch Studios or Valve Corporation. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

If you submit content to our platform, including reviews, comments, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for any purpose related to our business operations.
